For any company that is looking to grow, they must have a compensation package that entices people to first, apply, and second, stay with the company. Anyone looking for a job that sees a particular company that provides health insurance will automatically put them at the top of their list of companies to apply to. This boasts well for the company because more highly qualified applicants will want to go work for them.
